Leado — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Leado account and the data associated with it. Leado is operated by Netgate, an Australian business.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Leado app and sign in.
- Tap Settings (bottom-right tab).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears. Your account and associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@ngate.com.au from the email address registered on your Leado account with the subject line "Leado account deletion request". We will action the deletion within 7 days and reply to confirm.
For security we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion (for example, by confirming details of recent activity on the account).
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, business name, ABN, logo, address, phone).
- All leads, quotes, and invoices you created.
- Saved line items and quote templates.
- In-app notifications and follow-up reminders.
- Statistics and dashboard data.
- Firebase Authentication record and push notification tokens.
- Any uploaded files (such as your business logo) stored in Firebase Storage.
What is kept and for how long
We retain a minimal amount of information only where required by Australian law or to resolve disputes:
- Financial / tax records. Where Leado processed a payment on your behalf via Stripe Express Connect, transaction records may be retained by Stripe and by us for up to 7 years in line with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) record-keeping obligations.
- Server logs. Standard application and security logs that may incidentally reference your account are retained for up to 90 days before being purged automatically.
No personal information is retained for marketing, profiling, or AI training purposes.
Customer data you uploaded
Leads, customer contact details, and quote/invoice recipients that you entered into the app are deleted along with your account. If your customers contact us directly to request deletion of their information from your Leado account, we will refer them to you as the data controller for that information (in line with section 8 of our Privacy Policy).
